Rich text output from the assistant in web app

It cuts down on the need for re formatting or editing. When the initial SOAP in the web app has rich text already, i don't have to match the formatting / they look the same.

Being able to edit notes in desktop app or mobile app

Having to go to the computer to edit notes is time consuming for some users who want to quickly edit notes after each appointment before they go on to the next one. Would like a way to be able to edit in the desktop app and mobile app.
