Have custom notes get pet name for title

I created a custom note but because of the logic processing it never gets the pet’s name in the note title. If it could it would make process smoother

Word replacement trough document

Many times talkatoo gets the patient name wrong or mispelled or picks up an incorrect word that is throughout document. The ability to correct globally or at least in each section would speed up final editing.
