SOAP Notes

Talkatoo, with way too much regularity, cannot record a patient name it does not know. Even stating the patient name and then stating how to correctly spell that name does not prevent the app from making this all to frequent, regular error.

Option for a simple paragraph in the assessment like the old version

Please add integration into DaySmart. So tedious copying and pasting but love this software!!

please add an option to directly push soaps into the appropriate catagory on ezyvet

can the default templates or the custom notes/templates prompt/alert/tell me when something is missing from my Note that I need to capture? Lets say I forget to say the pet's temperature, can it show that I have missed that?

I want to enable bullet points for the regular SOAP's 'objective' section, right now i can only achieve this through a custom template or through 'simple SOAP' but i want to use the full 'SOAP'

I prefer my 'subjective' section to be labelled as 'history'

Add date and time stamp to all Notes (especially Call Summary notes) as they need to be in the PMS for lots of reasons - especially the state board

It cuts down on the need for re formatting or editing. When the initial SOAP in the web app has rich text already, i don't have to match the formatting / they look the same.
