Talkatoo, with way too much regularity, cannot record a patient name it does not know. Even stating the patient name and then stating how to correctly spell that name does not prevent the app from making this all to frequent, regular error.

If I accidentally recorded audio for a patient under the wrong note, I would like to be able to resubmit that audio into a different note that I've created already.

Add date and time stamp to all Notes (especially Call Summary notes) as they need to be in the PMS for lots of reasons - especially the state board
