When calling client's to discuss test results and provide recommendations, I'd like to be able to link the call to the already started SOAP note so it will add that information to my plan and assessment/recommendations.

sometimes they need to back date notes when they don't get to complete them day of and they'd like the app to show that the note was done on the day of the appointment to be able to find them by date.

While trying to find a note I had made earlier, specifically a call summary, I realized there is no way to filter for this in the search function. May be helpful to have?

Have the ability to add/stack/string together several shorter talkatexts or custom notes without having to make a single, really long talkatext/custom note. Like have a custom note or talkatext that just deals with formatting for how exam findings...
