Verbal command for time/date stamps for all apps

Add date and time stamp to all Notes (especially Call Summary notes) as they need to be in the PMS for lots of reasons - especially the state board

Change the verbiage of 'waiting to process your transcript'

It misleads customers to think that THEY have to wait for it to process instead of hitting submit

Build in pause for call summary extension
