Looking for some way to do client call backs and be on the phone at the same time

They want to start Auto-SOAP recording and have a phone call recorded and processed using the same cell phone. So the Dr is on the phone with a patient and the call is getting recorded using auto-SOAP.

Ability to train on certain vocabulary effecting the Auto-SOAP output. Similar to MyWords for desktop dictation

Verbal deleting of text after speaking in error when dictating.

Ability to print the SOAP from the web portal

Being on paper still, there's no where to copy/paste this into. I would like to be able to email it as an attachment or print it easily
