For example Purina doesn't populate properly
Quick update: unfortunately, we are not currently able to increase the My Words limit. However, custom instructions for default SOAP templates should be available very soon (likely next week), which will allow you to add specific instructions for terminology, product names, abbreviations, or words that should be handled carefully in the note output.
Thanks for the feedback. We’ll look into increasing the MyWords limit.
