Add the ability to stack multiple talkatexts or custom notes to apply to same note from inbox.

Have the ability to add/stack/string together several shorter talkatexts or custom notes without having to make a single, really long talkatext/custom note. Like have a custom note or talkatext that just deals with formatting for how exam findings are reported, or one that just includes normal lab reference ranges, or formatting lab results, or summarizing lab results for owners as individual selections. That way you could record the exam, dictate the abnormal lab results and choose the right custom note or talkatext reference range, then create a summary with all of that exam findings, lab results, and summary for owner without needing a really long and involved custom note or talkatext.
