When I give a medication it's required to state where it was administered and what time it was administered and when I dictate these when I'm recording my appointments the time is most often missed or miss represented (It would say administered rabies right hip and omit the time . sometime yes some times no.soon as
Thanks for the feedback. Many improvements have been made to the SOAP output since this was submitted, so missed or misrepresented administration times should be less likely now. Please let us know if you are still seeing this issue.
