add a "doctor's note" section to Note recording so that the doc can add notes for the Power Editor if needed.

Doctor may need to add contextual notes to the recording for the benifit of the power editor

    Quick update: this is on our roadmap as part of upcoming Teams improvements.

    The goal is to allow team members to work together on a case using their own accounts, including a dedicated section where the team can share internal notes, context, or instructions.

    Thanks again for the feedback, and we’ll keep this in mind as we continue planning this workflow.
