I usually title my recording with the patient’s name. If the software could recognize this as the patient name and automatically put that into the SOAP, that would be amazing! I spend a fair amount of time correcting names in the final SOAP.

Ability to share custom notes / templates with other users on the same subscription easily

This would be very helpful for practices whose software does not communicate with Talkatoo, or practices that still have written notes. Thank you!

Having to log in and out of different accounts on computers all of the time is a pain. What if there was a main "clinic" log-in, where you could select the user/dvm from a list prior to recording a note?

Sometimes the AI gets the name of the pet wrong or mispells the name. I think it would be great to have an area to put the pets name in the title of the soap that would populate the correct name and spelling in all the areas the ai used the name.

Users have mentioned that it would be great to have a private forum where they can share their tips and tricks and upload their custom templates to share with others.
