I don't know how easy it would be to add haptic feedback to the buttons (may not be bad for some of the other buttons in the app...) I'm so used to having that for my normal messaging/calls that it's disorienting.

You can hold the phone so you talk into the microphone input, and avoids awkwardly handling the phone to toggle the microphone on/off
