Combine phone calls and notes into one note

    Quick update: we’re exploring ways to better connect related notes and allow information from one note, such as a call summary, to update or be combined with another note, such as a SOAP.

    We’re also in the process of moving toward a case-based workflow, where SOAPs, call summaries, follow-ups, and other related notes can eventually be grouped together around the same appointment or patient interaction. The new notes layout you may have noticed is the first step in that direction.

    For now, the best option is to use the Assistant within the SOAP note. You can paste the phone call summary into the Assistant and ask it to generate an updated Assessment, Plan, or client communication based on the call details.

    We’ll continue improving this workflow over time so related notes are easier to connect, update, and build on.
