Many times talkatoo gets the patient name wrong or mispelled or picks up an incorrect word that is throughout document. The ability to correct globally or at least in each section would speed up final editing.

Ability to share custom notes / templates with other users on the same subscription easily

Add the initials of the person who placed the call to the bottom of the Call Summary note so that when it is in the PMS, other staff know who made the call.

Keyboard shortcut to open/close assisstant & note window on desktop app and another keyboard shortcut to switch between note and assisstant window on desktop app

So that I can ask it to create other documents for the pet parent

Option for a simple paragraph in the assessment like the old version

If a note is already generated, adding more detail via dictation and regenerate the note as the case evolves.

So that i can re-dial from talkatoo easily or confirm what number i dialed.
