Add the initials of the person who placed the call to the bottom of the Call Summary note so that when it is in the PMS, other staff know who made the call.
Quick update: If you haven't seen it yet, call summaries now support custom instructions, which can be used to add specific text or formatting preferences, including initials or user information at the bottom of the note. We’re also currently working on a dedicated signature setting for all notes, including call summaries, that can include text, date/time stamp, the phone number called, and a link back to the note in Talkatoo so it’s clearer in the PMS who created the note or placed the call.
We are looking into ways to customize call summaries and other notes with special instructions, including the option to add a date, time, and user stamp.
And also the phone number would be helpful

At BluePearl we use 3 unique letters for initials it's normally 1st initial and the 2nd 2 initials of the last name so it would be great if we could use the same format
