    Quick update: if you haven’t already seen it, call summaries now support custom instructions, which can essentially be used to create your own custom template for call summaries. They can be used to adjust the structure, wording, and level of detail. Let us know if this is not sufficient for your workflow.

    We are looking into ways to customize call summaries, either through a settings page or by allowing special instructions.

add phone number and day and time stamp to call summary note

It would nice when you call a client through talkatoo app on your phone to have the number you called directly inserted into the call summary then once call has ended have a time stamp inserted as well.

The original customer request was for the Call Summary, but I can see it being useful for all types of notes. It should be customizable, and toggleable, ie add it for all notes, only call summary, only SOAP, etc.

Add initials at bottom of Call Summary note

Add the initials of the person who placed the call to the bottom of the Call Summary note so that when it is in the PMS, other staff know who made the call.
