Automatic "This text was AI generated" disclaimer added to bottom of notes/call summaries. Merged

The original customer request was for the Call Summary, but I can see it being useful for all types of notes.

It should be customizable, and toggleable, ie add it for all notes, only call summary, only SOAP, etc.

    We plan to add a signature field for all notes that can be used for this purpose.
