If a note is already generated, adding more detail via dictation and regenerate the note as the case evolves.
This would also be very helpful for SOAPs for inpatients that stay for a while and need multiple entries for the same stay/reason
Cases evolve over time and users dont want to create a second note later in the day
Users want to leverage the history and some aspect of the note as soon as possible but then add to it later in the day and regenerate to capture the addiitonal sections that have updated
Dr. Meyer:
Add on to a submitted note, "record more" and submit again and it will re-generate it.
They want to use the transcript/the initial results from the first generation, like using the history that generated first, and then beign able to add more and regenerate as the case evolvs to fill out the rest of their forms
Ex. If the owner comes back or changes their mind, we would like to add more and regenerate, but still be able to use relevant sections of the first pass for other tasks
It would make my life really so much easier
