Working out in the field, would be nice to have the ability to get the transcript from a recording once it has been made into a SOAP, as the user does not have access to their PC to do this, which is the only way to do this currently.

It misleads customers to think that THEY have to wait for it to process instead of hitting submit

This would be useful for generating client communication on the go. I routinely check blood work on the go and would like to be able to send them an email or text directly from my phone, while not at the office or in front of a computer.

Consider having the transcript available in the app so the online portal is optional and it can all be done on the phone

They want to start Auto-SOAP recording and have a phone call recorded and processed using the same cell phone. So the Dr is on the phone with a patient and the call is getting recorded using auto-SOAP.

this way if your phone is in your pocket during the exam, you can still capture the information if your phone screen locks

The 2 buttons are close enough together to accidentally submit a note when meaning to add to it
