Currently the assistant generates the Plan sections in this order: Diagnostics, Vaccines, Medications, Follow Up, Recommendations, Discussion, Other. I would suggest a different order, for example:
Discussion (merge discussion and recommendations into one section)
Diagnostics
Vaccines
Treatments
Medications
Follow-up (this should be last)
