It would be very hepful if every statement in the subjective portion is not attributed to the owner. Just simply stating the comment without attribution would be great as it often attributes what the doctor is saying to the client IE: " The owner says Cooper is overweight" when the doctor actually said this.
Thanks for sharing this feedback. This can now be handled with custom instructions for default templates.
You can go to Preferences > Default Templates, select the relevant template, such as SOAP, and add an instruction in the User Instructions field at the top. For example: “In the Subjective section, do not attribute each statement to the owner or client. State the information directly.”
This should help address this request and give users more control over their notes without needing a full custom template.
