Ability to move recordings

If you go into exams multiple times you have the ability to add to an already started note, a few times I've accidentally gone into another exam and shoehorned another patient underneath an already started SOAP for a pet, if I had the ability to withdraw that recording and create a new SOAP with it it'd prevent user error from putting multiple examinations / appointments under one patient.

Alternatively, significantly change the color of "start new note" from "add to note", both are currently blue, with start new being lighter in color than dark blue, I haven't trained myself well to notice that and adjust if necessary yet.
