Quick update: we’re working on a dedicated signature section for templates, but for now this can be handled with custom instructions for default templates.
You can go to Preferences > Default Templates, select the relevant template, and add an instruction in the User Instructions field at the top. For example: “At the bottom of each note, include: ‘Client consented to being recorded for documentation purposes.’”
This should help address this request for now and give you more control over your notes without needing a full custom template.
Thanks for the feedback. We are working on adding custom instructions to default templates, which could include a signature. We are also considering a dedicated settings field for signatures on each note template.
