    Quick update: we’re working on a dedicated signature section for templates, but in the meantime, this can be handled with custom instructions for default templates.

    You can go to Preferences > Default Templates, select SOAP, and add an instruction in the User Instructions field at the top. For example: “At the bottom of each SOAP note, include this signature: XXXXXX.”

    This should give you a way to add a signature automatically for now, without needing a full custom template.
