can the default templates or the custom notes/templates prompt/alert/tell me when something is missing from my Note that I need to capture?
Lets say I forget to say the pet's temperature, can it show that I have missed that?
Quick update: If you haven't already seen it, this can currently be done using the Assistant to review a note and identify information that may be missing. Soon, customizable prompts/templates should also make this easier by letting you create a reusable review prompt, for example to check whether key exam fields like temperature, weight, or vitals were captured, and then quickly run that review on a case.
We are working on incorporating the Assistant directly into notes, and one of the things you’ll be able to ask it to do is check for missing items.
