Custom note/template gallery

Having a gallery where users can upload their custom notes to be shared with other subscribers would be super helpful for those who are in specialty practices. This would eliminate the need for spending so much time trying to create a template and test it out and tweak it to get it working properly.

    Here is the custom note template library. Users can send us their templates and we will add them to the library. We are working on expanding it, making it easier to create custom templates automatically, and exploring the ability to include specific instructions with default notes for simpler customization.
