Custom Note Format Examples

It would be useful to have examples with common formating instructions to add to Custom Notes. Jamie Phippen has been kind enough to share his examples with me. It would be useful to expand and formalize a document. i.e. how to bold a heading followed by a nummerical list then space. I currently have challenges getting identification of the heading (or subheading?) with the spacing getting in the correct position or adding indentations etc.
