Talkatoo, with way too much regularity, cannot record a patient name it does not know. Even stating the patient name and then stating how to correctly spell that name does not prevent the app from making this all to frequent, regular error.

please help log and list out drugs and injections that may have been received in hospital and times, plus quantities, +/- if any sent home with instructions in a more detailed and bullet pointed format

add a prognosis portion to the assessment automatically

I prefer my 'subjective' section to be labelled as 'history'

Add an 'are you sure' button to avoid misclicks

Make it optional to include "Client Name" at the top of the SOAP

Add an option for master problems to be listed in separate box, so diagnoses such as heart murmur, neoplasia that are discussed in the exam are also ready to be added to the master problem section of the file.
