Add a “Save note” Action

Provide a way for the doctor to easily save notes and track specific patients without having to search through all of the archived notes or cluttering the inbox. In other words, I’d love to be able flag certain patients to create a “Regular/active” patient list. There isn’t a good way for me to do this in cornerstone. I just have to create my own separate list of patients.
