Default SOAP - All Normals being replaced when 1 abnormal finding mentioned

I have several components of my default normal statements on the default SOAP

Example:

Musculoskeletal: Ambulatory x4. No overt lameness. Normal long bone palpation and joint ROM. No pain on spinal palpation or cervical ROM.

When I dictate an abnormal it replaces the whole thing:

Musculoskeletal: Left rear leg limping observed, with the limb positioned medially.

I would prefer it to add the abnormal and keep the normal aspects of it. it seems to replace the whole thing - it happens always
