please help log and list out drugs and injections that may have been received in hospital and times, plus quantities, +/- if any sent home with instructions in a more detailed and bullet pointed format
Thanks for sharing this feedback. This can now be handled with custom instructions for default templates.
You can go to Preferences > Default Templates, select the relevant template, such as SOAP, and add an instruction in the User Instructions field at the top. For example: “In the Plan section, list all medications, drugs, and injections in a detailed bullet-point format, including any medications given in hospital, time administered, quantity or dose when available, and any medications sent home with instructions.”
This should help address this request and give users more control over their notes without needing a full custom template.
