When calling client's to discuss test results and provide recommendations, I'd like to be able to link the call to the already started SOAP note so it will add that information to my plan and assessment/recommendations.
We are exploring ways to link notes and update SOAP notes using other notes. For now, the best option is to use the Assistant. This will soon become easier, as we are working on adding the Assistant into each note. With this, you will be able to paste a phone call summary into the Assistant for a specific SOAP and have it add the details how you want.
