Change auto-SOAP template so there is a section to record diagnostics results.
The easiest way currently (it seems to me) would be to add a new tab headed as DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS into the new customizable SOAP section, in the Objective section. (ie. Under the last physical exam finding). You should then be able to dictate or copy all diagnostic results into that section.
Ideally in the future, it would be ideal to be able to choose to have diagnostics under its own sub heading (not under Objective) if they have been run and results need to be recorded. A default setting could still be WNL
I wanna be able to take the PDF of the blood work and automatically add it to the SOAP , Get my lab work from my lab and I have to either you know go back the computer screen like in an like write it all down or print it or go back and forth somehow to it into my record because I do like to put the lab work in even though I know it's in there but I like it to be in the actual medical record from that appointment that day or the next day with my communication with the owner because it's easier for the next person that who goes in they don't have to go back and forth you know from the record to look at the the full lab work necessarily we can pull out you know abnormals or things we're concerned about or the normals that we're happy with
This is a great idea and would help me so much
