I agree with this. I think sometimes it "dumbs down" the language from appropriate medical language to "client friendly, but not as good for a medical record" language
I currently turn off recording after my physical exam so that I can talk to the owner and tell them that the heart and lungs sound great, ears are clean, etc. If I don't it will replace my detailed medical language for normal exam of these body systems with great or clean which is very unhelpful.
