Ability to enter in a replacement word for a word that is picked up in talktext dictation, somewhat similar to the library for words but instead of choosing the correct spelling, it shortens it to the predetermined abbreviation (eg "as needed" to "PRN", or "three times" to "3x" or if you said "three times daily" it changed to "TID".
maybe also having capability to shorten full text to abbreviations- like L and R for left and right, LN for lymph node, AG for anal gland, etc. some abbreviations may be universal, but if needed, we could create a list of individual user specific abbreviations if needed.
