Speak abnormalities without affecting the normal statement
I like my custom normal statements, sometimes theres a small finding that doesn't negate the normal statement I wish there was a way to talk about the finding without it effecting my normal statement that is still true
Yes- it would be great to add abnormal findings to a template pre-filled with normals, rather than replacing the normals. It would be even better if the assistant was able to remove certain normals and replace it with the abnormal findings.
ie: template CV normal= no murmurs/arrhythmias. s/s pulses.
Say in your recording, you mention that Fluffy has a grade 3/6 Left systolic murmur. Hopefully the assistant summary would be: CV: grade 3/6 Left systolic murmur, no arrhythmias. s/s pulses
