I find that Talkatoo tend to include too much in the assesment section. It will include sometimes exam findings that are not needed in the assessment section and it will include mentioned rule outs as if they are definitive issues. Work could be done to clean this up, being more selective about the information that is included in assessment section and being better organized with problems and ruleouts for the causes of those problems.
Quick update: we’ve made some improvements to the assessment section so it can include richer and more clinically relevant differentials using a veterinary diagnostic framework. You can also choose different detail levels in your SOAP settings to control how much information is included. Customizable default SOAP templates should also be available very soon, allowing you to add custom instructions for more control over the output.
