    The default template “Inbound Call Summary” or a custom note can be used to capture inbound calls placed on speakerphone from another phone. We are also exploring ways to handle inbound calls directly through Talkatoo.

Call Summary for inbound calls

Give the clinic the ability to record all inbound calls and have them summarized so that it reduces the volume of work the staff have to do.
