Improve consistency of the client communication feature of Talkatoo assistant (mobile)

I primarily use this feature as a equine veterinarian and I've customised the prompt to tell it not to put it in the 3th person but it still does I also don't like the fact that every time that I generate of these communications it comes out differently I think it would be really helpful if you could do that it would also be helpful if I could edit the prompt and not have to just speak it
