Patient Names Merged

I would like an option to turn off the use of the patient's name. We are a walk in clinic therefore the doctors use the patient number for the title of the recording instead of a pet name. 9 times out of 10 the patient name will be wrong and it will list it wrong multiple times in the soap notes. I will attach an example. The patient's name was Penny but it was noted as Millie.
