Patient Name to not be mentioned in the body of the Auto-SOAP Merged

Would like the body of the Auto-SOAP to not mention patient name as much, and refer to patient as patient or Px where possible.

when the patient name is written incorrectly by the AI, they are having to go through and edit each item that mentions it in the body, which takes more time than necessary.
