I was just wondering if it is at all possible to submit to AI a "template" of a current SOAP note at the clinic that AI can use as a template for the SOAP notes it creates. I find that although the autoSOAP is great at times the plan is not outlined the way I typically would (it is simply points discussed or paragraph of what was discussed with a more orderly recommendation list when I would normally type up a note). I just wonder if it is possible to give the AI a HISTORY and PLAN outline to use as a template and input from the transcript into this template?
Yes, we are looking into the same thing. We submitted an example of what we use currently as our template, which includes boxes for normal or abnormal and a space for remarks (objective), and a list of questions in the History (subjective) with separate clear space for answers. I find it much easier to read.
