    What is the difference between a simple SOAP and an auto-SOAP,�� and why would you use one vs the other?What is the purpose of the no template?�� Not sure how that would be used?�� just wondering the thought process for this inclusion and what it would be good for.ThxAJ

    More customizable templates for instance at some places I work there is not a SOAP format. I need multiple different sections including a “previous diagnostics” and an ultrasound or diagnostics section
