Bullet point formatting for 'objective' section (Default 'SOAP')

I want to enable bullet points for the regular SOAP's 'objective' section, right now i can only achieve this through a custom template or through 'simple SOAP' but i want to use the full 'SOAP'

Being able to customize the template more, like adding a bold/larger font for sections.

Word replacement trough document

Many times talkatoo gets the patient name wrong or mispelled or picks up an incorrect word that is throughout document. The ability to correct globally or at least in each section would speed up final editing.
